This colt is a great barrel prospect!  “Euro” is built strong with great bone, long muscling and good feet.  His sire is incredibly agile and quick on his feet and his dam is a big, good-looking mare with strong performance and speed bloodlines.  We purchased Gator Red from (former NFR qualifier) Lila Glade who had bought him from Ed and Martha Wright.  We sold him to Texas this spring where he has gone into barrel training and is showing a ton of ability and a willing attitude.  He will continue to be nominated to the CBHI.  Apply The Patch was purchased from Dee Butterfield who has kept the ½ sister in her broodmare band.  While Dee owned her, Patch produced Shayna Dodd’s extremely talented mare “Biscuit” (formerly futuritied with much success by Chad Muldoon).  Euro has a solid history of successful barrel horses on both sides of his pedigree and is a very intelligent, sensible horse to work with.
