You first need to obtain the stallion’s case # - which the stallion owner can get by contacting the AQHA ( APHA etc. )

Go to the website at http://www.vgl.ucdavis.edu/

2. PICTURE OF THE HORSE
3. DNA TYPING – Parent Verification / picture of the shopping cart
4. CREATE ACCOUNT ( or login if existing )
5. HORSE TESTS
6. DNA / Parent Verification Test
7. Enter info. on mare 1st ( do NOT click on the parentage box )
8. Enter info. on foal
9. Click on PARENTAGE BOX
10. Screen will change
11. Enter the stallion’s CASE # and the mare’s name

Follow the instructions from there to print ( somewhat similar to AQHA DNA test kits ).
